INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS

In the “Elisabetta Franchi” outlet stores directly managed by Betty Blue S.p.A. (the “Seller”), the option to return goods for an exchange is granted within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, provided that the item has not been worn, is not damaged, soiled, or altered, and is returned with the shopping bag originally supplied by the Seller. Furthermore, the tags present at the time of purchase must not have been removed, and the original purchase receipt must be presented.

Should an immediate exchange not be possible, the Seller will provide the buyer with a return voucher for an amount equal to the price originally paid by the latter for the purchase of the item. If the exchange is for an item of a lesser value than the price originally paid by the buyer, the Seller will provide the buyer with a return voucher for an amount equal to the remaining credit. In both cases, the voucher must be used in a single transaction within and no later than 15 days from its date of issue, and in any event, no later than December 31st of the same calendar year.

Requests for exchanges or the issuance of return vouchers are not permitted in the Seller’s points of sale other than the physical outlets, nor at the Seller's outlets located in countries other than the one where the goods were originally purchased. The aforementioned option to return for an exchange shall not entail any right for the buyer to claim a full or partial refund of the price originally paid and is not granted for second-choice items or goods discounted by more than 50% of the outlet list price.

The option described above is additional to and does not prejudice the buyer's rights under applicable law in the event of product non-conformity. The separate right of withdrawal may be exercised for distance contracts (pay by link) (Art. 52 of the Consumer Code) and not in the case of purchases made in-store.
